What is your Alpine Fire Safe Council working on?  Through various grants and funding sources, and using the Alpine County Community Wildfire Prevention Plan (CWPP), partner input  and community input as a guide, the AFSC identifies projects to help increase fire safety for the community.

Community Wildfire Protection Plan

The Alpine County CWPP has been compiled by the Alpine Fire Safe Council for the east and west slop communities in Alpine County.  It was developed in collaboration with partners in    accordance with the Healthy Forest Restoration Act of 2003.
